Our Mission
Decade 1 is a nonprofit community of young professionals in Southern California committed to developing the next generation of financially literate leaders. Through accessible financial literacy programs, mentorship, philanthropy, and professional engagement, the Corporation equips young professionals and recent graduates with practical knowledge and supports nonprofit organizations that expand educational and career opportunities for the next generation.

Decade 1's vision is to become Southern California's defining early-career nonprofit community: a trusted network where young professionals build financial confidence, meaningful relationships, leadership skills, and a lifelong commitment to service while helping the next generation access educational and professional opportunities.
